Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that the            
following, which had been moved down the calendar (page 441), be               
held to the March 15, 1999 calendar:                                           
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 9                                                  
Urging the President of the United States and the Congress to act             
to ensure  that  federal agencies  do not retain records relating to

Brady Handgun Bill instant check system.
